Last Thursday, December 11 at 2:00 p.m. was another historic day in Mangaldan as LGU-Mangaldan through Mayor Herminio A. Romero signed the Agreement for the Establishment of a Sisterhood Relationship with the City of Makati through Mayor Jejomar C. Binay. The momentous signing of the pact was witnessed by all the Municipal Officials and employees and representatives from various sectors of the municipality like the Senior Citizens, the education sector, the NGOs, the Barangay Officials, etc. The event held at the Municipal Grounds was well attended.

The Sisterhood Pact is established as the two parties share a common desire to promote and foster strong special ties, mutual understanding, friendship and goodwill. They also share the same intention of creating an atmosphere in which community development can be implemented and strengthened.
